We know many of you thought that the crazy market we had last year would never end, but it appears things are finally starting to level out. So, if you were scared off last year by all of the craziness, now may be the perfect time to back out. For anyone worried that the housing market was in a bubble and going to tank, fear not! We weren’t in a bubble like in 2008. The main cause for the craziness of 2020 and 2021 was an inventory shortage, not malpractice. Not convinced? Here are the the hightlights!
As is typical in Michigan, things have slowed down a bit but are right on track for the winter season.
Inventory is still low (So let us know if you are thinking of selling! You could be the solution to craziness!)
While still competitive, we are starting to return to a normal market.
