Many builders are also offering incentives right now in an attempt to clear out inventory. So if you have been thinking about building a home, now may be the perfect time for you. Just keep in mind that the more customizing you do, the more expensive the final price.

Existing homes are almost always more economical than building a home. Plus you typically only have to wait 30 days to move in. However, the cost and convenience come at a price.
